Knight Frank has been awarded Best Deal of the Year, Residential Agency Team of the Year, Merit - Best Project Team of the Year and Merit - Young Achiever of the Year, at the RICS Hong Kong Property Awards 2012. The awards recognise the outstanding achievements and excellent services provided by the company.
Knight Frank’s Investment Team has won the Best Deal of the Year award with the collective sale of Arts, while its Residential Team has garnered Residential Agency Team of the Year. In addition, Knight Frank has received two Merits, namely Best Project Team of the Year (involving the Central Police Station revitalisation project) and Young Achiever of the Year received by Mr Ross Criddle.

Best Deal of the Year - Arts Mansion
Knight Frank introduced a purchaser for over 90% of the ownership of Arts Mansion, 31 Conduit Road. Thesale was completed at HKD 1.85 billion making this one of the largest collective sales deals of private property in Hong Kong.
Residential Agency Team of the Year
Knight Frank completed 160 sales and leases, 976 serviced apartment transactions and 47 lease renewals throughout 2011. Our bespoke property management service has become the preferred choice for major corporate groups such as HSBC, on whose behalf we currently manage 200 tenancies.
The RICS Hong Kong Property Awards 2012 aim to recognise the contribution and outstanding performance of agencies, teams and individuals in the industry. It celebrates the talents and team spirit of surveyors, property developers, cost consultants, project managers and planners to name just a few. With prominence and industry recognition, the awards have received tremendous support from real estate-related organisations and have received a total of 45 nominations. The awards evening was held on Friday 9 March 2012 at the JW Marriott Hotel in Hong Kong.
