
International property consultancy Knight Frank announces the appointment of Iven Du to the position of Director of Retail Services.
With 14 years of retail consultancy and agency experience, he is perfectly poised to lead the retail agency and consultancy business within Knight Frank.
Iven has worked on a number of notable projects in Shanghai, including Grand Gateway, Plaza 66 and Shanghai’s Xintiandi – some of the city’s top retail developments. His clients span a wide range of industries, from fashion (LVMH, Burberry, Hermes, H&M, Zara), hotels (Starwood, Wyndham, ACCOR), and supermarkets (Carrefour, Wal-Mart, Tesco) to other such retail giants as Decathlon, Best Buy, and SUNING.
At Knight Frank, Iven will be responsible for providing retail project positioning and anchor tenant leasing services.
