International property consultancy Knight Frank announces the appointment of a new National Director and Director to its Commercial Serivces team. Mr Benny Yang has been appointed as National Director, Head of Commercial Services, to lead the commercial services team in Shanghai. He is joined by Peter Zhang, who oversees the office agency team as a Director in the Commercial Services team.
Mr Benny Yang
Mr Benny Yang has joined Knight Frank as National Director, Head of Commercial Services. He will be responsible for leading the firm’s Commercial Services team in Shanghai, working closely with Managing Director, Graham Zink, to help clients add value to their real estate decisions. Benny is a seasoned real estate professional with 17 years of experience in the industry ini. He brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge about the China market that will be integral to leading Knight Frank’s Tenant Representation team.
Mr Peter Zhang
Peter serves as a Director in the Commercial Services team and brings with him more than 13 years of experience in the real estate industry in China. Together with Benny, Peter will be responsible for continuing to strengthen the Tenant Representation team, bringing his extensive experience in developing strategic long-term real estate solutions for corporate clients.
