In Shanghai Knight Frank has formed a strategic partnership with GSN Property Services, a leading property management provider in China, to establish a full-service real estate solution that can assist both owners and occupiers in driving value from their real estate across China’s dynamic markets. GSN has operated in China since 1996 as a wholly foreign-owned enterprise and currently has 56 properties under management across China and employs over 2,000 qualified staff.
We also take up consultancy services to study cost-saving opportunities and improve operation efficiency for our clients. We act on several management consultant projects including providing property management performance benchmarking reviews for a Hong Kong REIT client, reviewing management and set up of new operational teams, advising on issues related to property management and reviewing operational expenditures and budgeting in Hong Kong and Mainland China.
