According to Knight Frank’s and Holdways' latest research report, in the first quarter of 2012, adjusted new-home prices in 20 major Chinese cities dropped 6.0% from their last peak in the third quarter of 2011. This previous peak represented a 90.0% rebound from their last trough in the first quarter of 2009.
